1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ziis.ae and the services of Zii Manpower & HR Solutions, a Zii Holding company ("Zii", "we", "us"), Trade Licence [Trade Licence No.], licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) under [MOHRE Agency Licence No.]. By using this website or our services you accept these terms.
2. Our services
We provide Manpower Supply (temporary employment, where workers are employed and sponsored by Zii and placed with clients) and HR Solution (recruitment and mediation, where candidates are employed directly by the client). These are separate activities under UAE law and are governed by separate service agreements.
We operate in line with the UAE Labour Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, and its implementing regulations.
3. No guaranteed job or placement
Submitting a CV, attending an interview or passing a trade test does not guarantee a job, placement or visa. All offers are subject to client requirements, availability and government approvals.
4. No fees for candidates
Zii never charges candidates any fee for recruitment, placement, visas or related services. Charging recruitment fees to workers is prohibited in the UAE. If anyone asks you for money in Zii's name, do not pay and report it to us immediately at [Email].
5. Candidate obligations
Candidates must provide true, complete and current information and genuine documents, attend scheduled tests and interviews, and inform us promptly of any change. False information may lead to withdrawal of an application or offer.
6. Employer obligations
Employers must provide accurate job requirements, a safe workplace, and comply with UAE labour, health and safety and immigration laws. Employers must not charge workers any fees and must settle invoices according to the agreed terms. Specific commercial terms are set out in the signed service agreement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zii's total liability arising from any service is limited to the service fee paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by information provided by candidates or clients.
8. Consumer protection
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or other mandatory UAE law.
9. Website use
Website content is owned by Zii or its licensors. You may not copy, misuse or interfere with the website. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.
10. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the relevant emirate. The courts of [Emirate] have jurisdiction. These terms are issued in Arabic, English, Simplified Chinese and Russian; if there is any conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
